Refund policy
Due to sanitary & safety reasons, all sales are final and not eligible for returns or refunds. Please be sure to read product description before purchasing.
All products shipped from our facility are individually inspected and carefully packaged.
If you have received a product that's damaged-in-transit, please contact us at help@titlidesign.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving your package to get a return label. (If you fail to contact within 2 days, you will no longer qualify for a refund or exchange!)
Please note that we are not liable for any damage caused by inadequate packaging or being lost in transit while returning the items to us. Upon inspection, items that are damaged further will not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that has been used, worn or altered in any way and does not meet our return policy requirements.
